It's a lazy afternoon and I am doing some catchup reading of
emails, etc. I came across your blog and the subject matter is
almonds.
It is 5:06 PM and suddenly I had a craving. The nosh consisted
of 5 almonds for me and 6 for my husband. He always has a
stash of assorted nuts to go with his breakfast cereal.

The power of suggestion.

At least this was good for us!!! Thanks for the good tips on nutrition and
congratulations on your amazing weight change.

I learned from Dr. Oz (on Oprah's show) that roasted almonds (the ones that taste the best to most people) have had the "goodness" removed. We should be eating "natural" almonds.

Food is either like a medicine or poison. Almonds are like a medicine that will help keep you healthy. Better to spend the money on heathy food than health care. It is best to eat nuts raw, but they are great tasting when toasted.
