Funny that you should mention avocadoes, now that I have to eat lots of salads and steamed veggies, my dressing is guacamole or guacamole and sundried tomatoe paste. If you want to make a really good Panini, take some toasted pizza crusts, you can get some great gluten free ones and breads at www.samisbakey.com; load them up with some of your favorite "fixins" and brush is with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, pink mineral salt (from Premier Research Labs, it has over 46 mineral), and sundried tomatoe paste, guacamole. Cut the panini into wedges, then perhaps serve with a side salad with more guaca and sundried tomatoe paste, you can add a little water to thin it out and stir and toss. I recently served a crew of set builders and they loved it.

When you come to L.A. there is a great Raw Food Oasis I am sure you would love. www.leafcuisine.com is the web address. Rod the owner is going to have a national line of RAW products that Hain Celestial is interested in acquiring and then the country will be able to try Raw Corn chips as well as all the Leaf Cuisine's foods. The restaurant is in Culver City I would like to introduce you to Rod Rotondi the owner and creator of Leaf. Best Regards, Larry Parker 310-5082793

Ron,
Again, like always, Your blog hit home with truth. I actually feel joy and endorphins sprouting when I read some of your subjects and content. I just had to Thank You again for making my Day. I am always inspired from reading your blog.

If you mix red wine, dijon mustard and Veganaise together is makes a great sandwich spread or salad dressing or sauce for vegetables, tofu, fish, or burgers, I have been making it for 15 years. It is not acidic like vinegar based dressing, so it is easier on the stomach.

Hey Ron; thanks for the veganaise tip. I don't know how I missed that one, but picked some up. This stuff is good enough to eat right out of the jar. A cannot imagine anyone doing that with mayonnaise.

It's good to know that at least one of the things I do that makes me fat is also good for me. Bring on the guacamole.
