What a fabulous event this was and what an excellent idea. I shall be talking to several of my ‘clients’ about it, sending them to your website Ron, because I am not sure that they will get a clear enough message if I just speak to them. Was it a mix of regular customers and sales staff? Customers and Store Managers? The payoff will surely be great, last a long time and the ‘lessons’ learned and ideas and suggestions shared will stick. What a pleasure it was to read about Ron, what magic there is in your photographs! Congratulations Brighton. Thanks.

To answer the question as to how many merchandise vendors do something like this, the answer is, “None.” This is an amazing thing, especially considering how many companies are hunkering down and cutting every possible cost they can. When this recession ends, and it will, these guys will be way ahead of any competition they may have.
