Still, that is a very funny story. I hope you explained what the term means so he could learn something new. How else would he know if there wasn't anyone who explained it to him? This means, alot of times, I get alot less coffee than I use to (I know - probably better for me), but I also don't like that what happens is either they take my cup back to the kitchen to refill it (yep - i guess its mine -- there's the lipstick mark) or we end up with multiple coffee cups on the table. Oh ...and by the way...those thermal carafes that DO get to come to the table don't keep the coffee hot - I have had to complain about lukewarm coffee more times than I can keep track of.
