Just wanted to share with everybody out there a diet that I have been observing religiously for more than a year now (by religiously, I mean that I missed one day of observance):

Every day in the morning before I eat other foods I juice up some carrots, tomatoes, apples, and oranges. The resulting quantity fills more than one tremendously large tumbler. During the day after that, I stay away from sugar, except I allow myself one "naughty" per day. I also generally stay away from salt, liquor, and meat. I eat LOTS of vegetables and drink water whenever I can. A favorite snack of mine is prunes and peanuts (unsalted) with water while driving in the car.

I now feel GREAT. I am down to wearing Wrangler 30's (from 34's one year ago). My body is much more flexible, too. I just feel all-around much more comfortable.

One of the wonderful side effects is a TREMONDOUS increase in circulation. I noticed that I could literally feel a rush of oxygen-enriched blood into my feet minutes after quaffing the drink down. Both of my large toenails were black and rotting; now one of then is completely pink again and the other is 60 percent there.

I use a Breville juicer.

I don’t know if this will work for anybody else that tries it, but I think that you will feel better. This could result in a book someday with the secret costing some dough...so get in now while it is free...

Yours,

Bob Duren, former Morning Reporter

PS – I forgot to mention: Ron Martin has influenced me tremendously. Every morning I give myself a pep talk in front of the mirror and repeat my goals for the month and for my life. I would have to say that this has completely changed me; has given me an “overhaul” of the brain which has been very powerful. It was Ron’s talk in his book about Michael Jordan and what makes him different that triggered a lot of this for me.
