You know when someone says that they mean it and will do their very best and speak to you in a way that says volumes. Sometimes when I am very happy with my experience, I say "you have exceeded my expectations"; or, thank you, you did a good job. I hear so many utterly stupid things said when walking into many retail stores. Salespeople must be taught what to say and then managed to be sure they say it.
