		<description>My favorite is "how may I exceed your expectations?"  You know when someone says that they mean it and will do their very best and speak  to you in a way that says volumes.  

Sometimes when I am very happy with my experience, I say "you have exceeded my expectations";  or, thank you, you did a good job.</description>

		<description>So True! I hear so many utterly stupid things said when walking into many retail stores. Salespeople must be taught what to say and then managed to be sure they say it. Could you imagine movie makers letting the actors make it up as they go along?</description>
