		<description>Ron is so right about those getting what they want being so far ahead of those that just settle for what they get. 
The key here is setting the right goal. I've seen too many sales managers set the goal based on what they need or want, regardless if it's reasonable or not, and then giving #@!~ to people for missing it.</description>
