		<description>I have done that for years also.  My watch is always 5-10 min fast.  I HATE getting to work "late" or right on time.  I feel that when you have to be at work at a certain time, that means you are ready to start your day at that time, not turn on your computer, get your coffee, etc then start your work day 5-10 minutes after the start time.  I also have my alarm clock set ahead 20 minutes, that way if I hit the snooze button, I know that I still will be up at the correct time.  It is so important to be ontime to work!!  I don't know of one employer that likes it when their employees arrive at work right at the scheduled time or late.</description>
