Michael Vick Is Done - NO PAY!
No matter how nuanced his confession for involvement in dog fighting, Michael Vick got no leniency Friday from the NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell, who suspended the Atlanta Falcons quarterback indefinitely without pay, just hours after Vick filed a plea agreement that portrayed him as less involved than three co-defendants and guilty mainly of poor judgment for associating with them.
Vick acknowledged bankrolling gambling on the dogfights, but denied placing bets himself or taking any of the winnings. He admitted that dogs not worthy of the pit were killed “as a result of the collective efforts” of himself and two co-defendants.
The commissioner said Vick’s admitted conduct was “not only illegal but also cruel and reprehensible.” Even if he didn’t personally place bets, Goodell said, “Your actions in funding the betting and your association with illegal gambling both violate the terms of your NFL player contract and expose you to corrupting influences in derogation of one of the most fundamental responsibilities of an NFL player.”
High Fives for Commissioner Roger Goodell!
Read this story about Radar. This was not in the Deep South, but in so-called civilized San Francisco. If your eyes are not moist when you finish it, there is something wrong with you.
Next: the jury. Let’s hope he doesn’t get the same one O.J. Simpson got. Let’s hope he gets the one you see HERE!

I once lived with a woman who worked at a veterinarian’s office. She had a habit of bringing home any mistreated dog or cat, sometimes refusing to let the owner have his or her pet back.
This resulted in a menagerie of dogs and cats in my house; yes in the house. There was more than 10 of each species; dogs, cats and birds.
The point here is that they all lived, slept and ate together. Fighting was not a natural behavior for any of them.
Dogs are trained to fight; it is not natural. People who do the training are cruel and ignorant.
In Hawaii and we have the same problem with roosters. Left on their own they become friends, but when caged separately they can be taught to fight, maim and kill each other.
This is all ridiculous, and the more severe the sentence Michael Vick gets the better. The attention he has called to this ugliness is wonderful.
Knock It Off!!!
As someone once said, “Can’t we all just get along?” That should apply to animals as well.

Anybody buying this?
“I’ve found Jesus and asked him for forgiveness and turned my life over to God, and I think that’s the right thing to do as of right now.”
-Michael Vick - after entering a guilty plea

No Ron, not buying that at all. I think every celeb or politician that gets caught doing anything suddenly “finds God”

One might wonder why he is even allowed to be traveling while under federal indictment.

Fooling people:
They say that you can fool some of the people some of the time… etc; but as this “aplogy” video and rating shows; Michael Vick isn’t fooling anybody with his “found God” stuff (BS).
