Coaches Work
Be Your Own Coach
In professional football, we see the best of the best playing. In spite of all of that talent, there are more coaches on the sidelines than there are players on the field. The head coach never misses a down. And this is with pros!
How many people in business go at it without a coach? How many coaches miss a few downs? The answer to both questions is, “Too many.”
One of the most important tools that Success Dynamics brings to the table is the Morning Report. This document makes your goal the boss, and you the coach. When you coach yourself to do whatever it takes to reach your goal you will be more successful; It’s Easy!

Hi Ron,
Do you think you could turn your business tool of The Morning Report into a personal tool? Something that an individual could use to ‘manage’ their own lives? Especially if they have attended your ralllies or just want to improve other ’stuff in their lives? Someone might then set monthly, weekly, daily (and thereby quarterly and annual) goals for themsleves and check on the progress for individual reasons not specifically aligned to work (retail sales or whatever). Or is this too simplified a request for The Report? The thing is the better you get as a whole person, the better you have to get at your job. Just thinking out aloud. Thanks

Hello Everyone,
Ron this is good news indeed and sounds like a very good idea, a gift of organisation and “success” on a plate especially for anyone who is aware of just how The Morning Report works (I mean those working in the companies that already use it for business purposes).
Maybe some of the progressive Managers and Owners will see it as an incentive or a gift to the staff? An 3/6/9/12/month subscription to THE PERSONAL MORNING REPORT for the top Sales Associate or Best Performing Manager/Branch? Now that would be worth working towards.
And then there are those who might just want to do something for themselves and who can use this tried and tested tool for personal improvement and personal life management, well I see that as a very smart move. Anything that helps make things easier makes sense.
Makes you think, doesn’t it?
Cheers
Lestie
