Bill Gates
Secrets of His Success
Forbes Magazine reports Bill Gates as having a net worth of $46.5 billion dollars, making him the richest person of the world.
He started out as a nerdy looking kid that got into his share of trouble with the police.
He fell in love with the computer at a very young age and created Microsoft while his friends were still getting into trouble.
Bill Gates was recently asked why he closed his Facebook account and opened a Twitter feed. His reply, “I had too many people that I don’t know wanting to be my ‘friend.’ Facebook is about who you know; Twitter is about what you know.”
It is said that he is a very hardworking and benevolent person. The world has been talking about his secrets of success for many years. When asked what they were, he offered his five-point master formula of success:
1-Passion
2-Intelligence
3-Integrity
4-A Good Team
5-Leadership

Ron - Interesting info about the man. Thanks for sharing, since I don’t usually read Forbes.

early on, steve jobs focused on the hardware while gates focused on the software and universal application which as we know was realized. even though pc’s had many issues, gates was successful at making windows a universal system for retail, science, government etc etc. Now jobs has risen up, evolving his cutting edge artistic approach to things, which is where he started. now both companies serve us in different ways with different products. 2 success stories from 2 distinct individuals who have a lot of passion. there really is room for anyone to succeed in this world so long as they stick to it and strive for excellence and strive to serve their customers thoughtfully.

Here’s a lovely bit of insight into Microsoft: It wants you and me to pony up to cover the cost of cybersecurity: http://bit.ly/9v93lv
