You know I was being silly, when thinking about what you said to me when you first saw me on Facebook. You can be pink, brown, yellow, white, gold or silver, but you are my very very special, loving, kind, up-lifting, and Positive Person that has ever entered my life.
I have learned more good and POSITIVE-NESS from you than any person ever. I was for real when I said you are the reason I go to Lakewood Church. You changed my life for the good. I love you young man.
Mary Steele was an active member of my “Success Congregation” throughout the 60s’ and 70s’ while I was running my Empress Pearls home party jewelry company. Mary and others in her “Black Caucus” would often shout out, “Amen” as I spoke at our meetings, and gave me the nick-name, “Reverend Ron.” Mary used to joke that I was really a black man at heart. She just may be right.
No, that’s not me in the photo. It was the Halloween costume worn by one of my clients here in Hawaii a few years ago. When I saw it, I was reminded of the “Reverend Ron” days in California. And yes, many of the principles of Success that I teach are colorless and spiritual.
